HIIT Kickboxing is back and at a new time!

Starting Saturday September 7th, Matt will be bringing back his popular class at 9:30am. This 45 minute format will ensure a high paced workout but still allow you to get out early to enjoy your weekend. Start your day off right! Reserve your spot ahead of time via the MINDBODY app.

We will be testing this class and time through October 12th then deciding if it will continue.

The Wyoming Recreation Center's pool is open. HOORAY!!

That means the return of Hydro-Fit with Betsy as well. A big YES to a class where you leave pooped but without all the sticky sweat. Another wonderful group fitness class to add to your workout routine.

Betsy will provide all necessary equipment so you only need to bring your towel and water.

Summer is right around the corner and the Wyoming Recreation Center's group fitness summer schedule is here to help you stay on track with your fitness goals. We've recently added more classes and instructors so come say hi and get your workout in. This schedule will begin June 1st.

Did you know that you do not have to be a Recreation Center member to participate? Everyone is welcome! This is perfect for those here short term- yes you college kids!- those with flexible schedules, those with not flexible schedules, those with 'don't know what my schedule is' schedules. We have classes for everyone. Bring a friend and come join the fun. See you soon!

All classes can be found on MindBody and meet in Studio A unless otherwise notated. Reserve your spot today.
