"1 in 6 Australians have a disability. That’s about 4.4 million people.

I have noticed recently how so many people view disabilities and it sucks. It sucks that so many people think that they have to see a disability to know it’s there.

No one can see my disability, some days I can do so many things and other days I struggle to even walk around the house. I never know what a day is going to be like either.

Powerful ❤️ In 2019, South African cricket player Solo Nqweni was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a disorder which causes nerve damage and sometimes paralysis. He lost his ability to walk, talk and swallow.

This week, Nqweni shared this video of his road to recovery.
