through people, headlines, community direct lived experience. I have a novel idea let’s lessen the separation between us all by letting everyone have their own opinion. The news isn’t about right or wrong. The sooner you get that the happier you’ll be. 
Here’s the consequences of watching the news 24/7:
You consume constant threat based input, so this puts your nervous system in fight or flight and then you discharge that activation to others. Your anxiety and loss of control gets thrown onto others. This is dystegulated attachment and fear based orientation. It teaches your body to constantly scan for danger.

First and foremost for next year and every day is recognize when you are giving away your power, we do this by blaming someone else for something we can control. Step out of that victim energy. We usually have more control than we realize.

🐄 States With Active or Passed Bans of lab grown meat !

These states have laws on the books that prohibit the manufacture, sale, distribution, or offer for sale of lab-grown meat products:
1. Florida — First state to ban lab-grown (cultivated) meat; law went into effect July 1, 2024. 
2. Alabama — Passed a ban similar to Florida’s in May 2024. 
3. Mississippi — Legislature passed a ban in March 2025 (effective July 1, 2025). 
4. Montana — Passed a ban prohibiting cell-cultured edible products, effective October 1, 2025. 
5. Nebraska — Law signed in May 2025 banning cultured meat as an adulterated food product. 
6. Indiana — Enacted a temporary moratorium on the sale/manufacture of cultivated meat products (effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027). 
7. Texas — Signed a law banning sale/manufacture of cell-cultured protein, effective September 1, 2025 (set to expire in 2027).

Stop taking responsibility for other people’s feelings or actions. The only thing you’re personally responsible for is your energy and how you spend it. You can hold space for other people‘s experience and story but don’t absorb it as your own. Ask yourself is this my business? Is this my story? Maybe what you’re being told isn’t even the truth but yet you’re getting involved in it. Free your own energy and stay in your own lane. This is a big one to let go of.
