This may be an unpopular opinion, but I believe focusing on your health goals is so much bigger than what your scale says.
You and I have a calling. God's given each of us a purpose. And we need the right fuel 💪 and energy to run this race God has before us. 'Cuz we can't live on coffee ☕️ and doughnuts 🍩. (Goodness knows, I wish we could.)
I believe my purpose is to help women like you have the stamina and strength you need to fulfill *your* calling. Maybe your calling is to teach high school math. Or maybe your calling is to feed the homeless. Or, maybe your calling is to run a restaurant that makes the best cheeseburgers 🍔 this side of heaven (I salute you, expert cheeseburger-maker. My taste buds thank you in advance.)
What if you could learn how to eat food that fuels your mission *and* is delicious? What if you could learn how to move your body so you can get stronger when you get older - not weaker?
Ladies in your 30s, 40s, and 50s, no matter what you do between 9-5 each day, your work matters. Let's not let peri/menopause symptoms, plateaued weight loss, and general sluggishness get in the way of you kicking b***y and taking names.
