Curvy Cardio Unapologetically creating a platform for women to feel empowered through fitness, business and lifestyle workshops.

The purpose of Curvy Cardio is to help women embrace their curves (no matter what size) and love their bodies free of body shaming. Personally I struggled with weight all of my life. There was a time I not only hated my body but myself. It took me some time but I finally realized my weight loss journey was nobody else’s but mine and I had to love myself at a size 18 or I wouldn’t love me at a size

10. Curvy Cardio’s purpose is to help serve others on obtaining a healthier you, physically and emotionally. M/W at 6pm
Tone and Tighten- Tuesdays at 730-8pm
Saturdays at 10am
$7 a class or $60 Unlimited Month
