About me!!

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Human Nutrition and Genetics from the University of Michigan. I'm trained and certified in Functional Nutrition from the Institute of Functional Medicine. My diet and nutrition therapy focuses on finding the root cause of and treating food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and gut health issues.

Functional and Integrative Nutrition can put you in the driving seat of your healthcare. I understand what it means to have chronic health issues and not have answers to them. When the lab work shows that there is nothing wrong, and yet you feel that things are still not fine with you, I will be your health and nutrition instructor, cheerleader and guide.
