Just mixed up a batch of aromatherapy lotion to target muscle cramps and spasms. Oils of ginger, rosemary, lavender, roman chamomile, clove bud, marjoram, and ravensara - it smells fantastic.

Aromatherapy does not help you feel better just because it is a pleasing smell. It is the molecular structure of the essential oil, the physiochemical characteristics that effect the emotional and involuntary portions of the brain. This is achieved through inhalation or skin absorption. Having pure essential oils is important - synthetic scents do not the same abilities.
