We’re excited to welcome Matt Maine as one of our newest Brand Ambassadors for the EmpowerMe Center for Housing Innovation (EMCHI)!

Matt brings curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for sharing stories that help people understand the strengths and abilities of adults with I/DD.

👋 Get to Know Matt
Matt has some awesome interests that make him stand out:
👻 He loves ghost stories — especially ones about the history behind haunted houses, old hotels, and mysterious ships.
🎭 He’s also a big fan of musicals! Whether it’s a show like Glee or a stage performance, Matt loves the energy, music, and storytelling that make musicals unforgettable.

❤️ Why Matt Joined EMCHI
When we asked Matt why he wanted to be a Brand Ambassador, his answer reminded us why this work matters. He shared that he wants to be part of something that reflects who he is — and that helping people learn about I/DD housing and EMCHI’s mission is important because it uplifts the whole community.
