Treatment Coordinator Position
Compensation:
$20 to $25 per hour (Pay is commensurate with experience.)
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
Description:
Mt. Lookout Dentistry is looking for an experienced Rockstar Treatment Coordinator who is eager to go beyond insurance-driven dentistry to promote and develop optimal experiences for our patients. We are willing to train the right person to join our patient-
focused practice that has been in the heart of Mt. Lookout Square since 1956! We thrive on working as a team, caring for our easy-going, multi-generational patients, in a family-type atmosphere. Position:
Treatment Coordinator; Patient care hours are 7am-4pm Monday - Thursday; 7am-2pm on Friday.
Role Responsibilities:
The Treatment Coordinator is essential in helping create a comfortable and positive experience for our patients.
• Manage the doctors' schedules
• Manage pre-determinations for patients
• Manage the arrival and departure of patients
• Provide excellent customer service and setting the tone for the patient’s visit
• Effectively communicate with patients to ensure that the treatment prescribed by the dentist is understood and scheduled
• Communicate the patient’s dental benefits and creating a clear financial arrangement

Job Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of dental experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
