Established over 20 years ago, It’s Yoga was the first studio in the Tri-State area to be approved by National Yoga Alliance to offer a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. As a result, we provide exceptional teachers and an amazing array of yoga styles that cater to all fitness levels . Rather than focusing on a single form of yoga, instructor or famous personality, It's Yoga is a teacher-centric studio that encourages all of our carefully chosen 200-500hr RYT certified instructors to fully express their diverse and unique approaches to yoga within their classes. Our mission is to embrace each student’s individual needs to promote personal growth, well-being and happiness . Most of our yoga instruction is based on Patanjali's traditional 8 limbed path. We also incorporate a wide array of complimentary yoga styles, to encourage a sense of playfulness and exploration within your personal yoga practice. As the weather warms up, so do our bodies! Warmer temperatures help increase circulation, allowing our muscles, joints, and connective tissues to soften and become more pliable. This means deeper stretches, smoother movements, and less resistance in the body. 🌊✨

Take advantage of this natural shift by moving with intention—whether it’s through yoga, mindful stretching, or simply soaking up the sun with a walk outside. Your body will thank you! 💛
