🔹 1. Outpatient Clinic – Part-Time
📍 Beyond Limits Rehabilitation, Colerain
🕒 12–18 hrs/week to start

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to help build and grow our program at this private outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a supportive, community-focused setting!

🔹 2. Acute Care – Full-Time
📍 Clifton
🕒 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 35–40 hrs/week
📅 Start Date: November 1

🔹 3. Inpatient Rehab – Full-Time
📍 Dayton
🕒 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 35–40 hrs/week
🚀 Start Date: Immediately

Congratulations to Kevin Kimbrough, the winner of our Driven By Purpose Award for Q3 of 2024!

The Driven By Purpose Award is an award given to an RRI team member who exhibits our company's purpose statement in their interactions with patients, customers, and other team members.

Kevin decided to become an OT to make a difference in patients lives. He said it is really rewarding when you realize that something you did truly improves a patient's life. Whether it is making a difference for a day, a week, or the rest of their life, he enjoys getting patients on a better trajectory.

Kevin joined our team in 2017 and has worked in various acute care and long term acute care placements, both full time and PRN. We always know we can count on Kevin if patients need to be seen in a pinch. Kevin is also known for his balloon art at happy hours and festive ties at holiday functions. Thanks for all that you do, Kevin!

Congratulations to Heather Weiss, the winner of our Driven By Purpose Award for Q2 of 2024!

The Driven By Purpose Award is an award given to a RRI team member who exhibits our company’s purpose statement, Leading With Talent, into their interactions with patients, customers, and other team members.

Heather joined our team in September of 2021 and she hit the ground running! Heather is one of our strongest “utility players”; she succeeds in any environment and is willing to do whatever we need her to do. She is currently working in an outpatient setting, but also filled in at various skilled nursing facilities during the height of Covid.
