I have personally practiced and utilized the strategies I will be sharing for many years on my own, with my yoga students, and some clients. In each session, I will introduce various practices from which you can choose the ones that best suit you. It's important to have a variety of tools at your disposal when needed. I will also provide scientific and experiential evidence to demonstrate that these strategies are effective.

Today during a Reiki share, with friends in our community, I was reminded that we cannot be compassionate towards others if we’re not compassionate towards ourselves and that if we cling to what we are or ought to be, we limits ourselves from growing and expanding.
