I love to help people and knowing in some way I help change your hour or day around for the better. Holistic care has become a very big part in my life and I want to share it with you and everyone who will let me. That's why I decided on Reiki as my most recent continuing

education course. It not only gives me more to offer my clients, but has helped me in my life. Everyone has life issues. I do, and Reiki has helped me. It's something that does take time and you have to be willing to listen to your body. The same is true for massage. It's all about being aware of your body and what it needs. I have grown as a Massage Therapist over the past years. I've learned new ways to help my clients with trouble areas. Along with Massage Wellness, I do hot bamboo massage, which is a deeper massage and warmed, wooden tools are used in place of my hand. I'm certified in Reflexology as well.
