Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Lesli Newton and I am a professional Birth and Postpartum Doula. I am a wife and mother to three beautiful girls.

Birth & Postpartum Support
Provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. I began my journey in 2010 when I became pregnant with my second child and I wanted to learn more natural childbirth and its benefits to myself and my baby. I had birthing plan and researched various techniques/positions to help my labor progress naturally. I appointed my partner (my husband) to be my coach during my labor. The one thing I failed to do was hire a Doula. I was ill prepared to handle the waves of labor pain.Things did not go exactly as planned and I ended up not having the ideal birth that I hoped for. I was distraught and felt defeated and I knew that I was not the only person that walked away from their birth feeling like a failure. If only I had a coach to get me through those last hours of labor. If only I had someone by my side to tell me that everything would be okay. That experience is what motivated me to follow my dream of starting Lesli Newton-Doula Services. I want to empower women to birth the way they see fit. I want women to know that everything will be okay. I want to be your sister friend, your rock, your shoulder to lean on, and mostly I want to be your Doula.
