Back to school! 🍎 Join us for a fun, healthy, happy, back-to-school Eat the Rainbow event—a fun-filled wellness experience for kids ages 4–12 and their grown-ups.

There will be activities, movement, and a chance to taste healthy snacks 🥕—all designed to help kids explore how to fuel their bodies in fun, age-appropriate ways.

🍎 Ages 4–7: Learn about the microbiome and make a craft
🥦 Ages 8–12: Try a taste test and dive into fruit & veggie facts
🧘 All ages: Enjoy mindful movement and calming breathwork
