I have so much respect for Mike Fremont (99yrs young) and out there still running races! And yes, he’s been plant-based since his 60’s when he beat cancer!

Loved kicking off Flying Pig Marathon weekend running the Pig 5k with my buddies Tracey Outlaw and 99 year young Mike Fremont, along with thousands more!

Mike corrected us, 99.7 years young. Love the energy! When asked his secret to great health, “Eat plants!”

Here is a sample of what our CSA boxes include! You don't have to be a homeowner in the community to be a part of our CSA. Look for openings next season if you'd like to be a member. This is a non-workshare program, however, if you'd like to volunteer some time to the farm, you are most welcome to help out! One of the many things I love about living at Aberlin Springs! Come check it out!

We are a non pesticide farm! If you see someone spraying with a backpack sprayer, don't be alarmed. Our farmers are protecting the crops with a cover of beneficial micro-organisms. This concoction is known as compost tea, which also provides nutrients to feed the roots of the plants!
