This review is long overdue! Glendale Family Chiropractic truly gave me my life back. I’m young and work a physical job that has me on my feet for 10 hour shifts. I was experiencing pretty debilitating back pain that had gone on for 1 year prior to making an appointment. Within 5 minutes of being on my feet in the morning, my lower back was so painful I could hardly make it through the day. I waited months to see a neurosurgeon and spent $$$$ on MRIs to be told my spine looked unremarkable, and they suggested maybe I had anxiety or depression…
My dad convinced me to schedule a chiropractic appointment because Dr John was able to relieve his chronic neck pain after a car accident years prior.
I started seeing Dr John 2x a week for adjustments. Immediately the daily headaches I had suffered with my entire life were gone and my neck had never felt better. My back pain continued for some time and we were both frustrated, but I did feel improvement and committed to consistent adjustments. He spent a long time talking with me at every appointment and between the consistent adjustments, traction and dry needling he was able to eliminate my back pain. I was able to switch to once a month wellness adjustments and plan to continue those for life as I have been free of back pain for months now.

The staff is very informative and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience and am moving so much better. My pain went from a 7 to almost 0 with in a day. The two doctors here are incredibly personable when first meeting and make you feel very welcomed! I was walked through everything and they made sure I understood where and how we were going to work on my painful areas before doing any adjustments. I didn’t realize how much pain I was in before my adjustments, but I feel like a new person already after my first visit! I will definitely be continuing treatment here.
