From your first visit to our boutique studio, you will feel part of our community. We are dedicated to our clients' needs and goals, creating customized individual or corporate classes to deliver specific results and promote the overall wellness of our clients.

Teacher Training Test Out classes are officially on the schedule and we need your help!

Mat Test Out: Sunday, April 26 (30 min)
Reformer Test Out: Saturday, May 2 (45 min)

These sessions are an opportunity for our trainees to showcase everything they’ve learned over the 15 weeks of training. We’re looking for PRISM clients who have taken at least one regular class or attended a trainee’s practice class.

We have 5 FREE classes scheduled for each format, so plenty of opportunities to join. While classes are free, we just ask for your thoughtful feedback in return.

Sign up for one or a few classes!!

If you are pregnant or need significant modifications, we kindly ask that you join one of our regularly scheduled classes instead.

Teacher Training has officially kicked off and we’re already in Week 2 of 15! With 200hrs to cover among lectures, taking and observing class and practice teaching, this is definitely not a weekend-long training 😅

These ladies are diving deep into the foundations of movement, Pilates fundamentals and exercises on the mat in these initial weeks… the building blocks that will set them up to be educated, confident Pilates teachers by May!

Meet ABBIE!

Abbie started teaching at PRISM last summer after going through our Teacher Training program. Abbie has a calming and encouraging presence in the studio, and builds each class with thoughtful intention. Swipe >> to see what you might expect in her class!

Every Wednesday at 6:30pm we offer a FREE Intro to Reformer class. Attendance is highly encouraged if new to Pilates and/or the Reformer, but also those new to PRISM so you feel confident before stepping into your first class. Spots limited, so reserve your spot on the Mindbody app.

Once you’re ready to jump into our classes, the new client package is the best way to get started!
