Celebrate the beauty of motherhood with a Henna Belly!
A meaningful and artistic way to honor your baby’s arrival perfect for maternity photos, baby showers, or mother blessings.

I use only natural henna, free from artificial dyes, to create designs that tell your story. Each session takes 1–1.5 hours, depending on the design. The paste dries within 30 minutes, but keeping it on for at least 6 hours ensures a deep, lasting stain.

Prefer a darker look? Jagua (black) henna is also available, it only needs 2 hours for an optimal stain. Aftercare guidance is included so your design can beautifully last up to two weeks or even longer.

🌿 Book your Henna Belly session today and create a keepsake you’ll treasure forever.

This tradition was lovingly passed down to me, and I’ve always felt it’s something too beautiful not to share.

Bengkung Belly Binding has supported me and so many mothers I’ve met through healing, grounding, and rediscovering strength after birth.

Hearing my students’ stories reminds me why I continue teaching this practice with so much heart 💛

If you’d love to learn it too, join my class on November 22nd. Visit my website to learn more - link in bio.

Continuing our commitment to Breast Cancer Awareness, we’re highlighting the importance of education. Too often, myths about breast cancer prevent women from seeking care early or understanding their risks.
We believe informed women are empowered women. 🌸

Let’s continue to learn, share, and support one another in the journey toward better breast health.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month & every month after, let’s make self-checking our breasts a loving habit of awareness and care.

Early detection starts with knowing your body. A simple self-check once a month can make all the difference.

✨ When to do it:
Do it a few days after your period ends, when your breasts feel least tender or swollen. If you no longer get periods, pick the same date each month to make it a routine.

How to do it:
1️⃣ In front of a mirror
Look at your breasts with your arms by your sides, then raised overhead. Notice any changes in shape, skin texture, or ni***es.

2️⃣ While standing or in the shower
Using the pads of your three middle fingers, move in small circular motions around the entire breast covering from collarbone to bra line, and from armpit to breastbone.

3️⃣ Lying down
Place a pillow under one shoulder and raise that arm. Use the opposite hand to feel your breast gently but firmly in circular motions.

If you notice anything new or unusual, reach out to your healthcare provider right away.
Your hands can save lives including your own.

Pregnancy and infant loss is not rare but it is rarely talked about.
In Texas, families most often face this loss due to premature birth, congenital conditions, complications with the placenta or cord, or maternal health issues.

Awareness matters, not to dwell on numbers, but to help families feel seen, supported, and less alone in their grief.

Our Story

I started this business in the summer of 2019 wanting to bring mothers the same love and care I had received after the birth of each of my children through my cultures traditions of postpartum wellness. I hope to bring moms a sense of safe space, love, healing the body mind and soul as well as bringing new mothers the care and attention they deserve.
