My breakfast! 2.5 bananas, kale, 1/2 beet root, 3 tbsp h**p seed, 1 tbsp cacao, 2 tbsp pb2, 2 tbsp coconut almond butter, shredded coconut, almond milk, and ice. Topped with shredded coconut and cacao nibs. Lots of nutrient dense food and filling!

Our new "Soap of the Week" is made with 100% coconut oil, and is highly superfatted to allow more of the oil to stay present in the soap instead of all the oil being turned into soap. After the oil was turned into soap, another 2% of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil was added to give a luxurious, silky feel to the soap.

Good morning! Just thought I'd share my breakfast smoothie. Rushing out the door with all 3 kids to take my daughter to dance and I needed something fast. This is deeeelicious. Bananas, mangos, organic apple juice (not concentrate), chia seeds, h**p seeds and shredded coconut. Mangos and bananas are so good for your body and your skin! All of my fruit was frozen so it turned out like a custard. 😜👌

Need a quick dinner? We loved this Penne with Spinach & Bacon recipe. (You can leave out the bacon but why would you)?

If you feel like bacon takes too long/is too messy to make when you need it, try baking it in the stove on 400 degrees (no need to preheat) for about 15-18 minutes on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and you can freeze it or if you will use it during the week, I just stick it in the fridge!

This is a quick light meal. Wilted spinach, bacon and tomatoes are tossed with penne pasta. Good for any season and will complement anything.

Great article. My goal for 2015 is to be more present, but it's so hard! I rush my daughter along when she's looking at leaves outside or playing in dirt .. "hurry up, hurry up!" and I really don't know why. Working on it!

The Perfect Man Men's Soap is on the left. It's a blend of Japanese grapefruit, lemon, bergamot, ginger, jasmine aquatic notes, peppermint, patchouli, cedar, vetiver.

Mr Right Men's Soap is on the right. It is a blend of oriental, woody fragrances, with warm mint, lavender and orange blossoms.

These will be loaded onto our site by Friday night.

Ok ladies, I made "The Perfect Man" today in the lab. Ha, ha just kidding.

"The Perfect Man," yes that is the name of it, is a goat's milk soap. This was done using the "hot process" method so it will not take 3-4 weeks to cure and will be ready for the website by this weekend. Will post pictures once it is unmolded.
