Our Zinnia patch is crazy again this year. I’m always amazed at their beauty and strength through the Montana summer! The ladies used to help me some but lately I’ve just gotten “advice” on how to grow them! 😝
Jenny Idland and Ruth Lackman were my seasoned gardners at the beginning. These are all from seeds that we harvest year after year. Edla McKerlick (one of my residents who has been here since 5/21) says the seeds are acclimated to our soil and that’s why they do so well. I’m not gonna question her. She’s a retired nun and ranch wife - she knows things!!!!

Conroy Care has an opening. The studio apartment with its own private bathroom/ shower is empty. There are steps to this unit. We are a category A assisted living so call today to see if you or your loved one qualifies for our care. We assist with basic needs, provide all meals and snacks, housekeeping and activities. We can assist with medical appointments and take care of all medication distribution.

The Lindsay School visits us throughout the school year. We love having them. The last visit, they led us on a new project we love to do - they taught us how to make tied blankets a couple months ago, so they returned and made two more with us. They played bingo with us and had snacks. Fun bunch of kiddos!

We celebrate something every day at Conroy Care Assisted Living. So blessed and something to be happy about every day.
Today Bub Howard - graduated from Radiation therapy. We have gone to Sidney 5 days a week since before Christmas and despite yucky roads, cold weather, a machine breakdown, a little burn and bubs nurse going on vacation - we made it through to the end. The staff at the Sidney Health Center Cancer Center were amazing: thank you Jess, Tatyana, Liz, Traynae, Bree, June and Dr Kiehl. Amazing staff - amazing kind people!

Thank you to my transport team that made sure Bub made it safely every day…. McKinna Yerbich, Megan Volbrecht, Shannon Butz, Wrylie Fleming and Michael J. Conroy II - you guys are the best - although you all drive much slower than me! Lol
Thank you to my Conroy Care staff who made special meals for Bub and took tremendous care of him - as they do for everyone - Shannon, McKinna, Heidi Taylor, Danni Wertzberger and Amiee Wahl- Best staff ever!

Thank you - Circle Country Market - for the case of peaches. We all loved them at Conroy Care! They were perfectly ripe and made for some sweet breakfasts and desserts.
