To my class this morning, you probably didn’t notice (or maybe you did) but I was struggling today. Yesterday was an emotionally draining one and led to physically not feeling great and honestly showing up and teaching felt impossible today. But as we began, I could feel your energy embracing me and it truly brought me to tears. Savasana was spent with tears of gratitude for you and your energetic hug you didn’t realize you were giving.

As teachers we usually hold space for our students but you are also holding space for us to show up and that is true love and community❤️‍🩹
