1) Always the option to skip the chaturanga and head straight to downdog. (Or drop to knees)
2) Open bend & stretch OR wildthing if it feels good.
3) Hand on a block to add more height to step the foot to twisted chair.
4) Elbow to thigh for twist or hand to thigh to step down.
5)Passing through W3 before High Lunge.
6) Floating the fingers in triangle or landing on a block.
7) Side plank knee to elbow crunch option.
8) From belly either stretching to updog or pressing up to high plank for strength option.
9) cross-leg forward fold or option to find Eagle.
This is how I cultivate a flow for everyone in one class. Options, Options, Options and creating a space with zero expectations or pressure to do every single pose. Honoring what your body needs in that moment and not what you think you *should* be doing is always the goal.
