It is always a pleasure to visit ADENA Health in Circleville. Today, we created positive affirmations for our mental and physical health while practicing Restorative YOGA.

I am SO happy to have had time to unwind and recharge 😁. I could get used to the hot tubbing (hint hint for holidays 2025 Justin Waddell).

My YOGA schedule is available for January and my Massage & Lymphatic Therapy appointments are currently FULLY booked. However, if you'd like to join my waiting list, message me, I use this list to fill any last minute cancellations when necessary & my website has the most up-to-date availability for future appointments.

Reflecting on 2024, I am thankful for the good times and accomplishments, and I am looking forward to the new experiences that 2025 will bring. My family, friends, and clients who have become like family are all deeply appreciated, as are the personal and professional growth that has come from running my own business. My 6PM Wednesday Energetic Vinyasa Flow and 9:30AM Sunday Therapeutic Restorative YOGA classes are filling up, so secure your spot. And remember, your first class is FREE!
Your input matters, and I've noticed the early morning Tuesday, Thursday , Friday 5:30AM, 6AM, and 7AM classes have been irregular. Please share your thoughts or suggest a class time/type I don't offer, and I'll do my best to accommodate. PM me or comment below!

The Story Behind the Name:

Sunshine Upon You is a culmination of several ideas and one sweet little moment, all rolled into one enlightened realization (literally).

As I sat on my patio one day, mulling over all the names I could use for my practice, words like Serenity, Calm, and Tranquility, all came to mind. As I searched the web though, I kept finding that most EVERYTHING I thought of seemed to be already taken in the world of social media.

I grew a bit discouraged, but knew I'd have to keep searching if I wanted something different and meaningful.

I closed my eyes and faced the sun as I often do whenever I'm outdoors. The instant feeling I got as all the little neutrinos made their way to me was like a magical, blissful, refreshing warm hug from a loved one.
