🍂 Whew! The wind this weekend sure did a number on fall clean up! Did you get around to raking the yard this weekend? If not, looks like today is going to be another nice day! Raking counts as a workout! To avoid causing back/shoulder/neck pain, make sure you:
✨Bundle up
✨Stretch first
✨Keep the rake close to you with short sweeping strokes
✨Stagger your feet for balance
✨Place one hand near the end for leverage
✨Keep upright and a slight bend in the knees
✨Switch hands often
✨Take breaks-you don’t have to get it all done at once!
