We are a 6 bedroom Residential Care Facility for the Elderly/Assisted Living located near the border of Roseville and Citrus Heights, California, and is 5 to 10 minutes away from shopping centers and medical facilities.

Our home offers various life-enriching activities such as gardening, pet therapy, guided morning exercises, and other fun activities such as arts and crafts, board games, music and films!

Our team comprises of registered nurses, social workers, and experienced healthcare professionals who all came from Skilled Nursing settings with a common commitment of providing a meaningful and compassionate care "With a Heart".
