We are the first contact, after hours that families will have with your business. Every member of our team has training as funeral arrangement directors and knows the importance of each phone call made to your facility. When a member of our staff takes a call it is always answered with your personal greeting and that operator is taken out of rotation to give that caller their full attention. Because of the extensive training we do with our staff they are prepared to answer the many questions families have when someone they love has passed away. After taking a first call our staff will email the next of kin with important information on how to prepare for their arrangement conference with your staff. We also offer to call back the family to assure them their loved one has reached the care center for your location. At Cinq Services we know how important your reputation is in the communities you serve. We are dedicated to customizing what we do to serve you better.
