𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝑽𝒊𝒕𝒂 𝑭𝒊𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒍𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔!

Along with celebrating our yoga instructor, 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞, we also enjoyed presenting a Christmas gift to 𝐑𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚 from her Friday 20/20/20 class. This energizing class features 20 minutes of fun, low-impact cardio, 20 minutes of toning and core work using a variety of resistance equipment, and finishes with 20 minutes of deep stretching and relaxation.

These classes are always fun, engaging, and something our members look forward to every week!
