Resident Judy Spencer, a devoted supporter of the Nature Coast Community Band, not only attends concerts regularly but also contributes generously. She also leads The Summit Card-Making Group and, recognizing that these concerts are free to the public and sustained entirely by donations, she inspired her group to give back in a meaningful way.
Through the creation and sale of their handmade greeting cards, The Summit Card-Making Group proudly presented a $500 donation to support the music they love.
The presentation was especially meaningful, with Kathy, the band’s conductor, Judy, the board president, and band members Robert and Jenny present to receive the gift.
From the card-making group to the community:
“When you attend a concert, please consider giving what you can. Every dollar helps this extraordinary band continue sharing live music freely.”
