I had a moment where I got lost so I called and the receptionist told me she would stay on the phone with me until I arrived. The office was immaculately clean. Dr. Chan was honest, intelligent, friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. The procedure to cut out my scar was not long and I’m excited for the results. The surgical results look promising.
