A change is as good as a rest!!! For one week I got to go to Montreal and jump back into my old world of Cirque Du Soleil, but this time as a teacher and not as a performer. 9 years after leaving the show ‘OVO’, I get to pass on my knowledge to current artists as well as brand new back up artists. What a blast!!!

People often wonder why they come to me with pain, and then I work elsewhere on their body. Because 9 times out of 10, there are other muscles working a little too hard that create tension. The weaker muscles fight back and lose the battle. They ask for help by sending pain. When the strong muscles are addressed, the tension is released and the weaker muscles give a sigh of relief.
