What will you do?

As the Branch Manager, you you will leverage your leadership and communication skills to:

Train and develop team members.
Coordinate and motivate staff efforts towards priority needs.
Monitor branch key performance indicators and develop plans of intervention.
Ensure all branch staff are trained to company policies and procedures and operating in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Perform intakes, assessments, care planning and on-going client supervision as needed.
Assist staffing supervisors to schedule clients as needed.
Perform periodic quality audits to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up is completed in all areas.
Be the main point of contact for all HQ communication including billing/payroll audits.
Strive to ensure high satisfaction levels among clients and employees.
Work with office staff to resolve escalated client or caregiver concerns.

Attend and participate in meetings and trainings.
Take ownership for general office duties such as cleaning/repairs, equipment maintenance, and supplies ordering.
When/Where will you work?

Our branch is located in Milwaukie. Our typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. However, you will be responsible for an operation that runs 24/7. Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required. Work will generally be performed in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes, partner facilities, or conferences may be required.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the clients throughout their lifecycle with the company. You will take intake calls & provide information to potential clients, do assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits. You’ll also ensure quality care and client satisfaction and be responsible for the maintenance of client records. Some specific job duties include:

Taking intake calls and providing information about services, fees, and gathering relevant information for the client care plan.
Scheduling and performing in-home assessments and re-assessments.
Write care plans and ensure staffing supervisors have relevant information to review with assigned caregiver(s) prior to the start of care.
Train and supervise caregivers on delegated tasks for clients.
Oversee and delegate medication training.
When/Where will you work?

Our CCS/RN’s generally working in an office environment about 60 -75% of the time. The rest of the time is spent in Client homes which can vary in location and setting conditions. Typical office hours are M-F 8-5, but evenings and/or weekends may be occasionally required to meet job needs.
