Although Dwight is no longer with us, we believe that he deserves to be honored just like we honor our patients who have left this world but remain in our hearts. At Agape we are firm believers that pets make everything (work, school, life) better so we've decided to showcase some of the amazing animals that support our outstanding team members. We hope you enjoy this sneak peek into the lives of our team and their best friends who walk through life with them (usually on four legs).

Our first pet is Cocoa! Cocoa's mom is one of our Medical Social Workers at Agape and we are lucky to have her compassionate and calming energy!

Our Agape Team in LA graciously came to the aid of local seniors this week as they prepared to evacuate their home due to the devastating wildfires. It truly takes a village to care for our seniors and vulnerable populations, not just in LA but everywhere. Thank you to The Reporter and to Jason Reyes for highlighting our team and for caring about those that we have the privilege of serving!

It's a common misconception that hospice services can only occur for 6 months. Hospice patients can receive hospice care for longer than 6 months if the patient is still considered to be terminally ill and still requires comfort care to uphold their quality of life.
Hospice services are unique for each patient. Agape Hospice NW provides creative and compassionate approaches to comfort care no matter the circumstances of those we care for.

Agape Hospice NW is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Salem Metro area. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families, while also prioritizing the wellbeing of our dedicated staff.
Our office is located near Washington Square Mall in Tigard, but this position is for the Salem area only. Rarely would you be needed at the Tigard location.

As an RN Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing hospice care.
