We got a new product into the store yesterday called Meal Boosters ( https://mealboosters.com/ ).

I was very excited to try this product. So last night I whipped up a dip using plain Greek yogurt from Costco and a package of the white cheddar meal booster product, mixed it all together and now you have a very protein-heavy flavorful dip for anything.
I love these sweet potato chips from Costco; they are only three ingredients and they're not fried in any seed oil, just good ole avocado oil.

Happy Saturday Everyone,

For the past two months, I have been taking Methylene Blue along with Blackseed oil.
