Diet, lifestyle and a big part of your environment are all well within your control. The good news is that those 3 factors have a huge impact on the one left out of your control, your genes. Epigenetics explain how your diet, lifestyle and environmental factors have the ability to turn your genes off and on. So just because a condition “runs in your family”, doesn’t mean that you have no control over whether or not you will eventually develop that condition. You have a lot of control on how your genes are expressed. The things you do or don’t do directly influence your genes and your overall health. No one is perfect, and all we can do is our best, but also… your health is YOUR responsibility and is entirely under YOUR control.

With the holidays just around the corner, we wanted to let you know what our holiday hours will be and to remind you to refill your supplements so that you won't run out!

Holiday Hours:

Closed December 24th and 25th 🎄
Closing early at 1pm on December 31st ✨
Closed January 1st 🎆

We will otherwise have normal business hours and be back in the office Monday, January 5th, 2026.

If you will need to refill any supplements, please let us know no later than ✨Monday, December 15th.✨This allows us time to order any that we may not have on hand and time for you to pick them up or have us ship them to you. Please email or call the office with any needs! We are also happy to recommend any of your supplements on Fullscript for direct shipping to your home.
