It is TIME!

Time to let go of that emotional chain that you can't seem to break free from related to a decision, an action, a place, a person, a thing.

Time to let go of that thought that keeps you up at night cause you keep rethinking it on a loop.

Time to let go of the lingering energies left behind from a door closing, an illness, a decision, or an event.

It is TIME to RELEASE what no longer serves you.

To be honest, Lately I never fully know what it will entail till I'm doing it. I let my Spirit team guide me more in these sessions. I will be cleansing energy as well as sending Reiki energy. I might lay a stone or crystal on the body and beside it. There will probably be some Somatic Practices like Breathwork, Thought/Journal Prompts, Humming, chanting, or some body movements. I may use a rattle or drum(once I get one). I may do something I've never done before. But I will say, it will be what your mind, body, and soul needs at that time.

What you need to bring or have beside you at home(distance participants):
Water
Notebook/Journal with pen
Comfortable clothes for laying down

30-45 mins $60

While on the trip in April to Ireland, I kept feeling that something was changing. And it wasn't just the Firewalker Instructor Certification training.

And it just kept thumping in my spirit, like a pulse. Like an undercurrent.

Transformation was the word I felt into throughout the training. It's what I want to help others be able to do. Transform their limiting beliefs and blockages into being able to become who they dream of being.

The last few months, I have felt my energy healing sessions need a transformation.

I have been feeling into using somatic techniques more in them.

I have been feeling into using some Shamanic techniques.

But this will make them MORE than a Reiki session.

So, now to feel into restructuring my offerings or creating a new one. I am kinda leaning towards restructuring....
