Greetings.....We have started Bikram Style Yoga on Wednesdays at 10 am. This is a very athletic style of Yoga featuring 26 postures. The room is not cooled with average temp around 72. If you are looking for more of a workout from Yoga this will be worth trying. The class lasts an hour and a half. This class is formatted after the popular hot yoga classes being offered in studios. We have a great group of folks each week and would love to have you give it a try.

Hopefully by now we are all settling back into workable routines after getting through the holidays...(It takes me this long anyway...)...Some of us may have made New Year's Resolutions that we are still abiding by while others may have agreed to gracefully release them....Either way I encourage each of us to continue on the path leading to greater health and wellbeing. Yoga is an excellent addition to any workout routine and offers improved flexibility, greater body awareness, reduction of stress , improved heart rate variability , toned muscles , improved lung functioning along with many others....Have you considered giving Yoga a try ?
