Greetings.....We have started Bikram Style Yoga on Wednesdays at 10 am. This is a very athletic style of Yoga featuring 26 postures. The room is not cooled with average temp around 72. If you are looking for more of a workout from Yoga this will be worth trying. The class lasts an hour and a half. This class is formatted after the popular hot yoga classes being offered in studios. We have a great group of folks each week and would love to have you give it a try.
