The Wellness Group, LLC is seeking to hire a full-time receptionist.

Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,1 hour for lunch

Qualified applicants should be highly organized, willing to learn, multitask oriented, interact well with the public, in person and over the phone. Team player a must. Proficient in computer skills and Word a plus.

Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and be ready to work, Dress appropriately for professional office setting, Greet clients with kindness and a smile, Understand that confidentiality is of the upmost importance, Answer and transfer calls, Call clients for appointment reminder, Take co-pays if applicable, Make and reschedule appointments, Complete referral form for new clients, Learn TherapyNotes platform, Prepare materials for weekly psychoeducational classes, Receive and record payments, Keep work space clean and neat, and Check reception area for cleanliness. Position will report to the Office Manager.

Pay based on experience and skill set.

Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave after successfully completing probation period.

Health Insurance available at employee's cost through company's insurance plan.

Reminder that we are collecting items for the Humane Society in Chilton County, if you would like to help love on the dogs and cats there! All donations can be dropped by our office Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm during the month of January! Donations will be delivered to them to the first of February!

During the month of January we will be collecting items for The Chilton County Humane Society!
You can drop off any donations at our office (272 Wellness Center Drive Clanton, Al 35045)
Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!
All donations will be delivered to the Humane Society the first of February.
All cat and dog food welcomed. They have also let us know they are primarily in need of:
Adult dog food
Cat litter (preferably pine pellets)
Heavy duty tall kitchen bags
Tall kitchen style garbage cans
Large zip ties
6 gallon shop vac bags
