The Clara City Care Center Activity Department is looking for the right candidate to fill an Activity Assistant position. The hours are Wednesday 9:30- 5:30 pm and every other weekend 10:00- 3:00 pm & e/o holiday. Our Activity Assistants truly make a difference in our resident's lives. It was a fabulous day for the 2nd Annual Clara City Senior Living Fall Festival. The combination of fun brainteasers, wonderful music, delicious charcuterie options, with smiles and conversations made for an event to remember! Our very own Agnes Fernholz received a surprise when her niece MaryAnn came to sing for us. Thanks Nicole Director of Assisted Living and staff, to the Care Center Activity Staff for all of your hard work, along with our amazing entertainment- Sibling Harmony; MaryAnn Doyle & Pat McGeery! THANK YOU!

It's time to get the paints out at the Care Center, thanks to a generous donation of pumpkins we received! We are BLESSED.

Halloween will soon be here and we are planning to invite the children in for our Annual Parade of Costumes on Friday October 31st 3:45- 4:45 pm. We are taking donations from the community for candy as the Residents are hoping to provide fun treats for the children. Please drop off donations with Kris in the Activity Department 320 847-7217. We hope the Fall season finds you all well. During your clean up before Winter, instead of throwing items away please consider donating the following lightly used items; Bingo Prizes- stuffed animals, beanie babies, jewelry, lotions, perfume, chips or candy. We enjoy re-purposing items and giving them away to our Residents- Drop off any donations to Kris in Activities 320 847-7217. Thank you!
