You guys 😭😭 I love you so much 💗 we planned this event for October to gain some interest and it was completely full in a couple hours! We even added an extra hour to the schedule 😩 Since it had so much interest we are definitely hoping to do another towards the end of the year!

Just know that I LOVE when you guys check in with me in the days following your massage.

I told someone this week "I can feel your tension, but I cannot feel your pain - only what you communicate to me."

Maybe we try something new in a session and you feel a lot better. If you let me know, it helps me prepare better for our next session. If you tell me you don't like it, I can explore other options/techniques before your next appointment.

The second quote also shows that it takes time to heal, and shows real expectations. If you are coming in for injury or chronic pain, I can help manage and decrease pain but you are not going to go from 10% to 100% in an hour. It takes time to heal and you have to take care of yourself outside of my treatment room. I am here to help, but I need you to work to take care of your body the same way you expect me to care for your body when you're on my table.

I hope everyone has a great weekend! Stay safe, stay hydrated, and take care of yourselves. I'll be away all weekend learning some new skills to bring back to work next week 😋

Sorry for being MIA on my page lately...it's been a busy month of work, moving, and some much needed family time + sunshine ☀️

Some fun updates:
1. Our building front is completed and we have another project inside the salon under way. Please have patience with any construction - and feel free to come see our beautiful new storefront at 104 W. Fifth Street!

2. We will be holding a wellness event at the salon on Wednesday, October 15th. Limited to 10 people. Includes foot soak detox, neck/shoulder massage, hydrating mask + mini facial. Will have a price to join the event with more details to come!

3. I am taking another continuing education class for massage this month. Afterwards I will be taking some time to add some new things to my service menu. I will NOT be increasing prices at this time just adding some new services! Again, more details to come soon, but keep an eye out for changes and reach out to me with any questions!

4. For the rest of the year I will have (almost) every other Saturday open for availability. You can still plan ahead and book up to 3 months ahead!
