Known for her warm smile and her kind heart for making everyone feel welcome, she brings an infectious energy to every activity she attends. My name is Hannah Barber, and I am truly thrilled to introduce myself as your new Life Enrichment Director. Outside of my work here, my world revolves around my daughter; being her mother is what inspires me every day to be the best version of myself. I bring that same level of love, energy, and dedication to our facility, as I am fully committed to making Horizon a vibrant and joyful place to live.

My primary goal is to brighten each and every single person's day and see the smiles we bring to this community. Nothing rewards me more than the personal connections we build and the individual accomplishments I’m able to help each resident achieve through our programming.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep, personal commitment to the dignity and well-being of every resident. Please know that it is always my highest priority to ensure that our community is a place where your loved ones feel fully respected, heard, and supported. Whether we are assisting with daily needs or simply sharing a conversation, I approach every interaction with the same care and integrity I would want for my own family. My goal is not just to provide a service, but to foster an environment where every resident can thrive with the honor they deserve.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Abby Easlick and im pleased to serve as the new Home Manager/Administrator for Horizon Senior Living of Clare. I have been apart of Horizon for the past 14 years and became a part of management about 4 years ago. During this time, I have worked diligently to earn my current position and am committed to further professional growth. My primary passion lies in helping others and providing exemplary care as I would for my own family.
As our community has experienced several changes over the past few months, I want to assure you that my primary focus remains on restoring stability and maintaining a high standard of care for your loved ones.
