- A backpack should weigh no more than 10–15% of a person’s body weight.
- Use padded shoulder straps and a waist strap, if available.
- Pack heavier items closer to the back.
- Avoid overloading the backpack.
- Adjust the straps so the backpack fits snugly.

About Us

Here at Evergreen Physical Therapy located in Clare, we work with all varieties of therapy which include sports medicine, orthopedics, balance and gait, fall prevention, work conditioning, athletic training and your common physical therapy injuries. We have two full time staffed physical therapist, one part time physical therapist assistant and our lovely full time receptionist. We are always available for comments, questions and concerns during office hours which are posted on our page. We are always welcoming new friendly faces to our facility so give us a call and make an appointment today!
