❄️ Winter weather is on the way! ❄️
With below-freezing temperatures and snow in the forecast, we want to take a moment to remind everyone to stay safe, warm, and take extra care of yourself over the next few days.
A few cold-weather reminders as you head into the winter conditions:
• Cold temperatures can increase muscle tension and joint stiffness, especially in the neck and shoulders
• Sudden temperature changes and winter storms can be common migraine triggers for many people
• Icy roads and sidewalks can make travel more stressful — please allow extra time or stay home if needed
• Dress in layers, keep your head and neck covered, and stay well-hydrated (hydration matters even in winter!)
Your safety always comes first. If travel becomes difficult or you’re not comfortable driving in the snow, please know that weather-related reschedules are always okay — there is never a late cancellation fee for bad weather.
Otherwise, I’ll be here and ready for scheduled appointments. 💙
Take care, stay warm, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns.
❄️ Stay safe out there ❄️
