Your mental health matters too. 💙

Living with HIV can bring unique emotional challenges that deserve attention and care.

Watch for these signs:
• Persistent fatigue beyond physical symptoms
• Feeling hopeless about treatment or future
• Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed
• Changes in sleep or appetite patterns
• Difficulty concentrating on daily tasks

Depression affects nearly half of people living with HIV, but it's treatable.

If you're experiencing several of these symptoms for more than two weeks, reach out to a healthcare provider or counselor who understands HIV care.

You don't have to navigate this alone. Your community is here, and professional support can make a real difference in both your mental and physical health.

What helps you prioritize your mental wellness?
