For COVID: We're limiting how many lessons occur in the studio at any given time. One Gyrotonic session and one Pilates session per hour (both have private and completely separate training rooms). A 15 minute window between sessions has been added to avoid congestion in the studio. Mask are not required to enter studio (although if you prefer to wear one and want your instructor to wear one, just

let us now). Upon entry we ask that you remove your shoes. Socks required in studio for all movement-based lessons. We offer complimentary hand sanitizer, towel service, fresh filtered water, medical grade cleaning wipes to sanitize between sessions, and three Medical grade HEPA filter clean the air during all sessions. HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Always bring food and what you need. Beer is automatic.
FRIENDS: Will say "hello".
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Will give you a big hug and a kiss on da cheek.
FRIENDS: Call your parents Mr. and Mrs.
HAWAIIAN FRIENDS: Call your parents’ aunty & uncle or mom & dad
FRIENDS: Have never seen you cry.

FRIENDS: Will listen and tell you what you want to hear.
