Our Story

Our practice puts you at ease right away with a beautiful, relaxing spa-like feel. You will be cared for by a professional staff that is here also as your patient advocate to walk you through the complexities of dental insurance, treatment options, financing options, and patient education. Dr. Seccombe has had a year of post-graduate training to treat complex and cosmetic cases. Whether you have a specific goal in mind or need to be enlightened as to what options are available, Dr. and his team are able to explore these with you. So whether your interest is for the basic maintenance of your healthy mouth, bringing it back to its optimum, or enhancing what nature gave you for a smile, we are here--at your service. History: Established in 1979 Dr. David Seccombe grew up in the Claremont area, attending Claremont High and Cal Poly Pomona before graduating from Dental School at Georgetown University. On returning to his hometown in 1979, he has practiced in Chino and Claremont. He is now in Village West in the Claremont Village Square. You will be inspired by your surroundings when you visit Dr. Seccombe and team for your dental care. Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Seccombe enjoys living and practicing in the small, yet sophisticated town of Claremont. He enjoys staying current as technology advances the Science of Dentistry but he also recognizes that it is an Art as well. He and his wife, June, are now empty-nesters, with their son in grad school and daughter away to college. Dr. Seccombe takes great satisfaction from his now multi-generational relationship with his patients. When not at the practice, Dr. S. enjoys hiking, bicycling (to work and otherwise), traveling, cooking, skiing, and genealogy research. Through the years, he has been very committed to his profession and community. He served as President of the Tri-County Dental Society--a local arm of CDA and the ADA. He has been nominated and inducted into multiple Honor Societies for Dentistry. He volunteered many years in Boy Scouts, has served on advisory boards for his church, the Clmt. Comm. Foundation, and is a past -Pres. of the Claremont Sunrise Rotary Club.
