Welcome Everyone to the start of Fall. It is a little different for us that live on the West Coast, feeling Fall doesn't happen til late, and it can be sweltering and dry well into October. 
Taking care of our Skin becomes tricky as the nights get cooler and the days are HOT. 
I LOVE getting Abyangas in the Fall, and it keeps me grounded and my skin feeling moisturized and flexible. 

What is Abyanga, you say? 

Abyanga is just a small part of Ayurveda, the ancient science of natural medicine over 3000 years old. According to Ayurveda, health does not stand only for freedom from diseases. Still, it is called as healthy only when a person’s mind, sense organs, and soul are in a perfect state of equilibrium to endow happiness and the body is free from diseases.

It is ohhhh so moisturizing contains all organic products.

Super Seven Essential oil blend, Raw mango butter Mary Maru butter, raw Shea butter raw cold press black-seed oil vitamin E oil , jojoba oil, coconut oil infused with love Reiki and good energy!

Because this is all natural raw, product it does have a tendency to melt very quickly. Best kept in a cool place (perhaps even though refrigerator) when you’re ready to use it just take a small amount warm it up between your hands and you can either apply at your beard or any parts of the body which feel dry.

A personal post today. I haven’t posted anything personal about myself for a very long time seems with the busy—ness of life having two businesses to run and a wonderful new (but not new lol) boyfriend life has kept me going.

In Hawaii, taking a break from all the stresses and worries in life have given me an opportunity to reflect.
This is my 332nd post on IG. I have gotten a chance to get back to nature for a little over a week and really focus on the things that matter.
