As a mindfulness-based yoga community, one of the core tenets of our practice is Ahimsa — non-harming, compassion, and de-escalation in all forms.

Another guiding principle is Svādhyāya — self-study and reflection. In moments of quiet, we listen more deeply, noticing our intentions, our values, and where healing is needed.

Today, January 30, as part of the broader day of pause and reflection, we are choosing simplicity and presence. While our doors remain open, we are holding space for community — a place to rest, connect, share tea, and reflect together. There is no pressure to participate in any particular way.

We believe there are many ways to make our voices heard. Today, we honor stillness, togetherness, and mindful awareness.
