This photo is a very special one, let me explain...
Women come into our homes broken, family torn apart, pieces of their life everywhere, and completely lost as to how to even start to figure it all out.
This woman cam in almost 18 months ago full or walls, in drug court, not being able to see or talk with her daughter, and in a new home with new recovering women to adjust to as well.
She has been through ups and downs and has stayed clean through them all and that along with her perseverance to change and grow is why this photo is so special.
Her mom and daughter came down to visit her and got to spend the whole day with us 🙏 Our Faithy'Z got along so good with her and they played and laughed for hours.
It was an emotional moment to see them hug and goof around and man did it fill my heart so much to finally see her get to be a Mom like she deserves ♥️
Along with growth and determination she has been reliable and consistent... She has worked the same job the entire time she has been at Donna's Place and finally she made the big move and applied to a job that is in her career field. [SHE GOT THE JOB!!!!! 🐕🐾🐶]
She is certified as a therapeutic dog trainer and is still taking classes to be a Veterinarian. ✨️Today was the 1st day of her new job with animals 🥹 You could just tell she was in her element through the text messages alone... what a beautiful thing it is to see the process unfold and you witness the amazing blessings of NOT USING NO MATTA WHAT & DOING THE WORK EVEN WHEN IT HURTS can bring 💝
