Practice in the mirror using your own body as a template, practice the cane in both hands .
1.) outside swing into each knee
2.) inside pool cue strike to groin/solar plexus area.
3.) left and right downward strikes to the collar bone.
4.) sidestep incoming attack strike to ribs
5.) two hands horizontal smash to chest or face
Practice normal breathing during these sessions. Stay balanced be accurate and effective
Have fun these are just drill strike examples .
