🌈 This past Saturday, in honor of Pride Month, we were proud to join the Claremont Pride Block Party on Pleasant Street!

Our team brought smiles with free face painting, shared LGBTQIA+ health and wellness resources, and handed out fun goodies for all ages.

We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and cared for this month and every month. 🏳️‍🌈💙

A special visit this week from US Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander with participation from community partners. Sharing real stories and experiences they’ve seen in the community. ‘Catastrophic’ and ‘Devastating’ are common themes heard round the room regarding the proposed impacts of Medicaid and Medicare cuts on local resources. This will directly affect services offered to our community and overall access to care for all. Thank you Congresswoman Goodlander for giving our rural community a BIG voice.

Congratulations to Adrianna, Taylor, and Lindsey, who recently passed their Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. 📝✅ The exam is a huge accomplishment in their Medical Assistant Apprenticeship offered through the Dartmouth Health Career Institute. Great work!👏👏👏

Last month we held our annual Daisy® & Bumblebee awards for Excellence & Dedication in Patient Care! The DAISY Foundation was established in 1999 by the family of J. Patrick Barnes who died from complications of the autoimmune disease Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP) at the age of 33. DAISY is an acronym for Diseases Attacking the Immune SYstem. The Daisy Award was established to honor extraordinary nurses, doing extraordinary work. Every nomination is meaningful recognition of the nurse who receives it from a grateful patient, family member, or co-worker.

In addition to the DAISY award, we also recognizes the tremendous work of our nursing support colleagues, through the Bumblebee Award, as we recognize the care of our patients is a team effort. A DAISY® can't sustain without its Bees.
